Is there any returns or exchanges?

You can start the process within 24 hours of receiving it. Since they are products purchased for special occasions, subsequent communications will not be accepted. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

How can I return or exchange the product I purchased?

Every product you buy from AbiyeElbisecim has labels on it that will not prevent you from trying it on. Send your return without tearing off or destroying this label on the product. For returns and exchanges, you must send us photographs showing the current condition of the product. The address we will give for the return will be after you submit this information. All transactions are carried out abroad.

You must initiate the exchange-refund process on the day you receive it. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.

Can I cancel the order?

You can cancel within 2 hours after ordering. Cancellation is made with a deduction of 180₺. We need to pay this fee since it is started by making payments to the workshop after your order. Unfortunately, cancellation is not possible after 2 hours. Afterwards, the procedures begin.

How is the shipping done for returns and exchanges?

We recommend that you use PTT to ensure that your return reaches us with a lower postage fee. You must send it to the return address we provide, provided that it includes the cargo tracking number. Do not ship the package back without obtaining information from us. Of course, the postal company you will use will be your choice, ours is only a recommendation. Postage is your responsibility.

Who bears the return costs?

It belongs to the buyers.

When will the money be refunded to me?

Returns and exchanges of products that have expired, are unlabelled, used, have lost their resaleability or are damaged are not accepted.

After the product reaches us, if no error is detected due to use after the inspection, the product price will be refunded to your card.

Refunds for approved products will be checked and made to you as soon as the product reaches us. The next process depends on your bank in terms of speed. The express delivery service fee is not refundable for orders placed with the express delivery option.

Is the inside of the package visible?

No, it doesn't appear. For security purposes, only you can know the contents of the package.

How long is the cargo delivery time?

The range is 6-28 days. The duration has been temporarily extended due to density.

Do you have delivery abroad?

We send products to many countries around the world. We have many customers from Europe and America.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Your order address cannot be changed. The address you specified during shopping will remain valid.

Can I combine my orders?

We prepare all your orders separately in order to deliver your products to you as soon as possible. For this reason, we would like to point out that we cannot combine your orders.

Since your orders will be delivered by the same cargo company, there will not be a big difference between delivery times.

Which postal company will deliver my order?

Your orders will be delivered via PTT in Türkiye. Deliveries to other countries will be made by the national postal companies of those countries.

At what time will the product I purchased be delivered?

The products are delivered to your address by PTT during working hours (weekdays and Saturdays). They generally do not leave a note on the door or make a phone call.

Are deliveries made on public holidays?

It does not deliver on public holidays.
