In this system developed by Visa and Mastercard in order to increase the security of online shopping, during any payment transaction, you are directed to the website of the bank that owns your card and confirmation is carried out with the password of your Credit Card. The application of the system prepared for the use of Visa credit cards is called "Verified By Visa", and the application prepared for the use of Mastercard credit cards is called "SecureCode". No additional fee is required to activate this system.

  • Why is 3D Secure Safe?

In the 3D Secure system, during the virtual payment transaction, the bank asks the cardholder for the payment password that only he/she knows and the identity of the cardholder is verified. In this way, unauthorized people are prevented from using credit cards on the internet.

  • How Does 3D Secure Work?

The card holder registers his card with his bank via internet banking. The card holder makes his purchases at a system-compatible virtual workplace and the shopping process is completed when the password he enters in the payment section is verified by the bank.

  • What is SSL?

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is a standardized technology that allows communication between the server and the client to be encrypted. SSL ensures that the information sent can be decrypted absolutely and only at the correct address. Is the inside of the package visible?

No, it doesn't appear. For security purposes, only you can know the contents of the package.

Is there any returns or exchanges?

You can start the process within 24 hours of receiving it. Since they are products purchased for special occasions, subsequent communications will not be accepted.

Can I cancel the order?

You can cancel within 2 hours after ordering. Cancellation is made with a deduction of 180₺. We need to pay this fee since it is started by making payments to the workshop after your order. Unfortunately, cancellation is not possible after 2 hours. Afterwards, the procedures begin.

How long is the cargo delivery time?

The range is 6-28 days. The duration has been temporarily extended due to density.

Do you have delivery abroad?

We send products to many countries around the world. We have many customers from Europe and America.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Your order address cannot be changed. The address you specified during shopping will remain valid.

Can I combine my orders?

We prepare all your orders separately in order to deliver your products to you as soon as possible. For this reason, we would like to point out that we cannot combine your orders.

Since your orders will be delivered by the same cargo company, there will not be a big difference between delivery times.

What is the shipping fee

After the product is prepared, it is delivered to the mail with the postage paid by us.

Which postal company will deliver my order?

Your orders will be delivered via PTT in Türkiye. Deliveries to other countries will be made by the national postal companies of those countries.

At what time will the product I purchased be delivered?

The products are delivered to your address by PTT during working hours (weekdays and Saturdays). They generally do not leave a note on the door or make a phone call.

Are deliveries made on public holidays?

It does not deliver on public holidays.
